Tuff Offshore performs in the overall package delivery of the following Skids / Modules as an EPCC contractor.

Power Generator Package:  Selection   of the power generating unit based on the power & fuel requirement along with ancillaries. Packaging of the Skid/Modules from a reputed fab yard and delivering as a completed pre commissioned unit. Tuff also will provide assistance in commissioning of the unit for the integration.

Water Injection Package:  Tuff’s Seawater Injection Systems help optimize the recovery of oil by making seawater suitable for injection into the reservoir in order to maintain reservoir pressure over time.

Tuff provides custom-designed equipment, skids or modules to treat seawater using filtration both online backwash coarse filter and media filters and de-oxygenation, down to levels of up to 10 ppb with chemical injection. Our chemical injection systems are project-specific, designed to remove bio fouling, corrosion and scaling in downstream piping to meet each client’s requirements.

Each of our Produced Water Treatment Systems is custom-designed to meet our client’s requirements. Produced water coming from upstream separators is collected and degassed in a 3-phase Degasser.

Next, oil is removed by a hydro cyclone. The cleaned water is then sent to a Flotation Vessel — either Induced Gas or Dissolved Gas Flotation — for further polishing.

The treated water from the Flotation Vessel can then be re injected into the well or discharged overboard, while the recovered oil will be further processed.

Fuel Gas Package: Equipment Sizing & Process design of the fuel gas compressors & associated ancillaries like heat exchangers, scrubbers etc. Packaging of the Skid/Modules from a reputed fab yard and delivering as a completed pre commissioned unit. Tuff also will provide assistance in commissioning of the unit for the integration.

Gas Compressors Package: Selection / Sizing of the gas compressors and ancillaries based on the client requirement. Packaging of the Skid/Modules from a reputed fab yard and delivering as a completed pre commissioned unit. Tuff also will provide assistance in commissioning of the unit for the integration.

Chemical Injection Package: Selection / Sizing of the chemical injection booster, chemical injection pumps based on the client requirement along with ancillaries. Packaging of the Skid/Modules from a reputed fab yard and delivering as a completed pre commissioned unit. Tuff also will provide assistance in commissioning of the unit for the integration.
